Account help

Sign in with your email — we send a 6-digit code (no password). Manage everything from My Account: usage, saved reports, saved vehicles.

Deleting your account

Go to My Account → Danger Zone → Delete my AutoEar account, type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your data; retained garage leads are anonymised where appropriate.

Diagnosis & report help

Record or upload a short clip of the noise, answer a few questions, and AutoEar builds a report with a safety verdict and likely causes. You can download or delete any report from your account.

Garage partner help

Garages: to join the AutoEar network or manage your dashboard, email hello@autoear.co.uk. Drivers can use “Request AutoEar Invite” on the map to nominate a garage.
